Executive Vice President and CFO
Mr. Brienzi joined Ovation in June 2008, with the primary focus on financial oversight together with establishing corporate strategic initiatives. Prior to joining Ovation, he served as Executive Vice President / Chief Financial Officer with LeChase Construction Services, LLC. Mr. Brienzi was instrumental to the growth of LeChase, first improving financial reporting to assisting in expanding operations and services to new locations. Revenues grew from $160 million in 1999 to over $500 million through 2007 with significant improvement to operating earnings. Early in Mr. Brienzi’s career he was the CFO to a Broker Dealer / Investment Company which was acquired in 1998 by Key Bank. He also served as the CFO of two different Real Estate Management / Development companies.
Mr. Brienzi has extensive experience in Financial and Strategic Management, Risk Assessment, Human Resources, Information Technology together with Mergers and Acquisitions. Mr. Brienzi has provided the leadership, clarity, integrity and strategic insights necessary to grow businesses. He is a CPA and is licensed in the State of New York and began his career with the National firm of Coopers & Lybrand. Mr. Brienzi holds a B.S in Accounting / Finance from St. John Fisher College in Rochester, New York. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, and is active in a variety of civic organizations.
