Chairman and Founder
In 2001, Mr. Aab founded and today is Chairman of Ovation Payroll, Inc. a rapidly growing payroll solutions company headquartered in Rochester, New York. Mr. Aab is currently Vice Chairman and a Director of PAETEC Holding Corp. (NASDAQ: PAET). Mr. Aab is active in other private businesses, including energy management (power management) and real estate.
Mr. Aab is a Trustee of the University of Rochester as well as a Member of the Board of Governors of the University’s Medical Center, and is the benefactor of its research facility the Aab Institute of Biomedical Sciences, as well as the Aab Cardiovascular Research Institute, which was named in his family's honor.
He is a Trustee of Rochester Institute of Technology and continues to serve on board committees.
He is also involved in numerous charitable community and educational activities.
